Free!! Intro to Chair Yoga

Have you been interested in taking yoga but just didn’t think you could handle the positions you see online and on TV?

Chair yoga would probably work for you! Chair yoga is a seated yoga class that allows you to get the benefits of a yoga class at an easier pace.


Classes are as followed:

Saturdays 8:30am-9:15am
February 24th
March 3rd
March 10th
March 17th

Sundays 3:45pm-4:30pm
February 25th
March 4th
March 11th
March 18th
