Chris is a long-time practioner and certified teacher of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation who was trained by Hari Kaur Khalsa in New York City. He teaches yoga and meditation in a style that that emphasizes the importance of an open heart and compassion for one’s self. Chris is also as a photographic art educator and practicing photographic artist. Much of Chris’ creative artistic inspiration comes from his deep meditative experiences. Chris is also a musician and plays a mean bass guitar, is a vegan, lover of all beings and feels very much at peace while in the great outdoors.
