Class descriptions

Beginner Fundamentals-This class teaches you the basic yoga poses. This class is great for those just starting out in yoga or those needing to brush up on their yoga skills

Intermediate/Advance Fundamentals- This class goes a step beyond the basic yoga poses by teaching inversions (headstands and shoulder stands). 

Yoga Nidra-Yoga nidra is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, like the "going-to-sleep" stage. It is a state in which the body is completely relaxed, and the practitioner becomes systematically and increasingly aware of the inner world by following a set of verbal instructions. Yoga Nidra is great for those who struggle with PTSD and high anxiety.

Yoga for Your Back-This class is designed with your spine in mind. It is a focus on working on your core, creating flexibility in the spine, and relaxing your mind. This class is a great class for beginners.

Yoga Soup- If you love to explore the variety of yoga forms and practices, this class is perfect for you! Join us as we mix different styles of yoga to find release, strength, stillness, energy, & joy. Enjoy and savor every ingredient, every sip. All levels welcomed.

Yoga Ease-​Dive into the weekend with a mix of gentle styles of yoga. The practice may combine slow flowing movements, gentle stretches, therapeutic movements (like somatic, myofascial release) and ends with restorative poses using props to gently support your body. Great for all levels who could use some ease and softness in their life and yoga practice
