Megan was first introduced to the idea of yoga in 2007 when her mom was diagnosed with colon cancer. Looking for natural alternatives and wholesome lifestyle changes, Megan’s journey to conscious living began. Her years of personal practice and experience has shown her first hand how Yoga transforms the body, renews the mind, and connects the spirit. Megan has devoted 200 hours of training in Core Strength Vinyasa, a Hatha flow that focuses on current knowledge of the best way to move in and out of postures.
Core Strength Vinyasa uses the innermost layers of muscles to find length and strength throughout the practice. Megan’s goal is to present a safe space and the positive energy needed for her students to embrace their truth and to feel what’s real.
