Monday 8:30am-9:30am - YANG 40 FORMS - Madeleine Hill
An advanced form in the popular Yang style, Yang 40 is graceful, flowing and an invigorating set. Sometimes called the Yang Competition Form, it is derived from the 108 Forms and includes all the internal strength of the original forms.



Monday 3:00pm-4:00pm - SUN 73 FORMS. -Susan McKee
This tai chi style is known for its agile steps with smooth, flowing movements. Emphasizing Qigong, the 73 Forms cultivate vital life energy which in turn helps with healing and relaxation.



Wednesday, 4:30pm-5:30pm - TAI CHI FOR ENERGY - Madeleine Hill
Combining the contrasting styles of Sun and Chen, Tai Chi for Energy is complex and powerful, utilizing Qigong and spiraling energy to build energy. It alternates fast and slow movements to develop internal energy. 



Thursday, 8:30am-9:30am - TAI CHI MEETUP -Madeleine Hill
Various forms of tai chi are played as requested by participants. Forms include: Yang 8, 24 and 40, Shibashi, Sun Style Tai Chi for Arthritis 1 and 2, Sun 73, and Tai Chi for Energy 1 and 2. No instruction; just fun!
