Tai Chi

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese tradition that is practiced as a graceful form of exercise. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing. This self-paced system of gentle physical exercise has many different styles. Tai Chi is perfect for the balance of mind, body, and spirit.


Here at Yoga Bliss, we offer Tai Chi for Arthritis, Tai Chi for Energy, Sun 73 Forms, Qigong, Yang Style, and Yang 24. We are sure to have a Tai Chi class that fits your mind and body needs.

Class Descriptions

Tai Chi Meet-Up– Open to anyone with some Tai Chi experience. Activities include Tai Chi for Arthritis, Energy, Sun 73, Yang 24 or Qigong, but forms vary according to participants’ requests.

Intro to Sun Style-This class is an ideal introduction to Tai Chi and its fundamental principles. The program is fun and easy to learn and has been extensively researched as a practice for reducing falls.                          Instructor: Susan McKee smckee@pacelearning.com

Intro to Sun Style with Susan                        3:00pm

Wednesdays-Sun 73 with Madeleine    4:30pm

Thursdays-Tai Chi Meet-Up                        8:30am

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. Also bring indoor-dedicated shoes or socks.


Tai Chi Class Prices

Single class “Drop-In” – $10

10-class pack– $72 (This pack expires once all 10 classes have been used.  Pack expires one year after purchase date if all classes have not been used)

Tai Chi/Yoga Combo Month- $125- This pack allows you to attend unlimited Tai Chi, Yoga, and Pilates classes for one month at a low price! With this pack now you don’t have to purchase separate class packs!  (This pack expires one month after purchase)
